Reminder: Don't forget about winter fun in Lake George - especially during weekends in February for Winter Carnival! The new online store even offers a special winter snowflake design.

Grandma Evelyn's Famous No-Bake Fudge Cookies: You'll need: 3 cups Quick oats 2 cups Sugar 1/2 cup Milk 1/4 cup Butter 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1/3 heaping cup Cocoa Powder Combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder and butter in large saucepan and bring to boil. Once at full boil, leave at full boil 2 minutes (don't rush it or the cookies may not set right later). Remove from heat. Add vanilla. (It will sizzle, so don't be alarmed.) Add quick oats and stir gently. Let set for 5 minutes. Stir vigorously until the mixture thickens. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or silicone mat. Let cool thoroughly. Enjoy! Tip: Many cookies, including these, can be placed into a sealed bag and frozen to enjoy whenever you want! Make your cookies ahead of time and you will enjoy the holidays even more.
